In this game, you can meet people that have lotteries. If you win, you get spectacular items. But, there are some things that need to be done before you can even talk to the members. Firstly, the members will not reveal themselves unless you have a lottery ticket. You will now be wondering where to get a lottery ticket. Simple, all you have to do is be lucky enough and find it. Once you have a lottery ticket then find one of the lottery members listed below to play. The Lottery Member will talk some and ask you if you want to play. Say yes and a judgement ring will come out.
About now you are probably saying, "Jesus Christ, not another ring!" Well, it is. Anyhow, you will see areas of different color on the judgement ring and on the side what the colors mean. If you get this color, you will get that prize. So it is your job to get on the area or color that you want to. After that, the lottery person will give you your prize and you will be done. Now, you can only win the best prize once so there is almost no reason in doing the lottery again for an item of lesser quality. The red area winning items are the best, take that into note. Now that you know how to play, let me tell you where you can find the members and the tickets. Once you find different members, you will find out that the areas and speed of the ring are different. Take this to note and try to master every ring!
At the end, when you have Roger Bacon as the lottery member, get the equipment then keep getting the seal of power. Use up all of your existing tickets and when you are done use the power seals on whatever character you want. It will boost your characters attack and make the final boss alot easier.

Now that you know where the lottery members are and know how to get tickets, you must be wondering how to do the ring correctly. The way that you do it is the ring will go around as many times as it wants. Once it goes to the area you want it to go to press the X button. It will slow down and go into the area that you tapped the X button in after one circle around. That is the prize that you get. Also, I am fairly sure that accessories can change the outcome of this. Equip things like Jade Lariats etc... to make it easier.
